¿Qué es la extensión al Ártico?
Arctic Outreach es un evento de recaudación de fondos que se creó en cuestión de semanas en 2016. Se formó para apoyar a Mallory McBrien, un miembro de la comunidad que lucha contra el cáncer, y a su familia. El evento continúa celebrándose en su amorosa memoria y todas las ganancias benefician a la Jetty Rock Foundation (JRF) . A su vez, la JRF distribuye donaciones a los hijos de Mallory, así como a otros miembros de la comunidad necesitados. El evento se llevará a cabo de 11 am a 6 pm en Mud City Crab House .

¿Por qué Arctic Outreach está afuera, en febrero, con un frío glacial?
Tradicionalmente, no hemos realizado ninguna recaudación de fondos en el primer trimestre, pero al crear Arctic Outreach nos dimos cuenta de que los miembros de la comunidad están necesitados durante todo el año. La idea es que podamos luchar contra los elementos por un día mientras otros enfrentan problemas mucho más serios. ¡Abrígate y ayúdanos a recaudar algo de dinero!

Mud City y Old Causeway están muy ocupados, ¿dónde estacionamos?
 ¡Tenemos lanzaderas que funcionan de 10 a. m. a 7 p. m. para trasladar a todos nuestros seguidores! Puede estacionar en el edificio municipal de Stafford Township , en Stafford Recreation o en Jetty . ¡Estacione legalmente y conduzca con seguridad!

¿Es Arctic Outreach apto para familias?
¡Sí! Además del entretenimiento con música en vivo, comida y bebida, el evento incluye un Kid Corral con juegos/premios, así como pintura de caras, una casa inflable y un zoológico de mascotas.

¿Cómo contribuyo a la recaudación de fondos?
No hay tarifa de inscripción para Arctic Outreach. Recaudamos fondos vendiendo boletos que pueden usarse para comida, bebida, juegos y nuestra subasta. Los boletos se venden en hojas de 40. Aceptamos efectivo y tarjetas de crédito. ¡Cargue boletos y diviértase!

¿Qué pasa si no puedo asistir al evento?
 Si no reside en Stafford Township el 24 de febrero de 2024, aún puede apoyar la causa enviando un mensaje de texto con Arctic al 41444 o utilizando el formulario de donación en línea .
