When you visit our website you remain anonymous. However, when you place an order, we need to collect certain information such as your name, street address, email address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information is used only to ship your product, and is kept secure to protect it from outside parties. The only exception to disclosing your information would be when required by law, to protect our legal rights or if we receive legal process.

Shipping

All orders will ship 1-4 business days from your order date. Your order will arrive within 4-10 business days from the shipping date.

International

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-10 business days after shipment for arrival. The minimum charge for shipping international is $15.00 for either one or two bottles. The amount will steadily increase after two bottles. If you are not able to add your product in to your shopping cart, you can type in the number of bottles, and click "update checkout".

Returns

We will accept returned merchandise with the following provions.

* Must be within 30 days of order
* All items must be in original packing (unopened)
* There will be a 20% restocking fee
* Customer must pay freight

Damages

Damages from delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. You are responsible for making claims with the carrier as soon as damage is detected. Save all packing, as it might be required for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Payment

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If order has been shipped you should refer to our return policy. Orders are normally shipped within 5 days of purchase.
